HOW TO ORDER: All you have to do is register your business here - https://www.three-suns.com.au/pages/ws-account-create. Your account, should it meet our requirements, shall be approved within two weeks. Once you have received your approval email along with your T&Cs, you will be required to sign & send back for us to set your account up. Once set up, you will then be able to add the products you were after to your cart and checkout.

STOCK: At Three Suns, we strive to meet the ever-increasing demand for our products. As a result, we offer preorders for many of our items. In the event that we have a lower stock level than what you need, please reach out to us at wholesale@threesuns.com.au. We'll be happy to check availability and do our best to help you out.

PRODUCT TESTERS: Testers are to be purchased at the set W/S price.

PRODUCT SAMPLES: If you're interested in trying out our products before placing an opening order, please feel free to email us at wholesale@threesuns.com.au. We'd be happy to offer you samples at the standard wholesale price.

WHOLESALE PRICING: Please note that all prices are in AUD dollars and do not include GST. Once your account has been approved, you will have access to the full pricing list. If you require a price list, please email us at wholesale@threesuns.com.au.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING: For all domestic wholesale orders, a standard flat rate shipping fee of $55 will apply. If you require express post, please let us know. Typically, we ship wholesale orders using TNT, but depending on your location and the size of the order, we may also use Australia Post or Couriers Please.

WHOLESALE HANDLING TIMES: We always strive to dispatch orders as soon as possible upon payment. However, please allow us 3-5 business days to pack and ship your order. If you need expedited shipping, please call us at 1300 03SUNS to get a quote. While we do our best to dispatch express orders within two business days, we cannot guarantee turnaround times.

CHANGES TO ORDERS: Any changes or cancellations to orders must be emailed to wholesale@threesuns.com.au within 2 hours of initial order submission.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: Payments are due at the placement of orders via the wholesale portal. Opening orders will have an invoice emailed to you with instructions on paying and must be paid within 24 hours of being received. Any outstanding invoices will hold stock for you for five days. After five days, the stock will be released, and we cannot guarantee product availability when you reorder so, please ensure you pay your invoice in the allocated timeframe.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS / LOST DELIVERIES: In the event that you receive damaged or defective shipments, please reach out to us at wholesale@threesuns.com.au within five days. If it is determined that the items are faulty, we will send you a replacement product (and/or box). If product(s) are lost during shipping, please notify us through the same channels and we will follow up with the couriers to resolve the issue.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES: Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective product(s) as noted above.

CONSIGNMENT: At this time, we are not able to do consignment.

DROP SHIPPING: At this time, we do not offer Drop Shipping.
