Shipping Information + Returns

  ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED MONDAY - FRIDAY
EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
At Three Suns we do our best to ensure your orders get shipped within 24hours from payment clearing. 

We use FedEx TNT for all store orders. Due to the ever-increasing carrier rates, we have had to set our shipping rates for 2024 based on location and weight. Shipping times may be delayed during sale and promotional periods, and orders may take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive. Please ensure that your shipping address details, including shop/unit or warehouse number, street name, suburb, and postcode, are correct.

We do not deliver to home addresses so please ensure that all shipping information is your actual business address. 

Three Suns is not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to address errors, and additional shipping charges may apply. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcels once your order has been shipped.

RE-DELIVERY

In the event that a re-delivery is required, any associated costs will be passed on to your store for payment.

RETURNS

To initiate a return, please send an email to wholesale@threesuns.com.au with details of the item you want to return and the reason. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that it is your responsibility to check all orders for breakages or faults within the agreed time frame as stated in our Terms and Conditions. Claims made after this time cannot be returned or replaced.
