Shipping Information
To initiate a return, send an email to wholesale@threesuns.com.au with details of the item you want to return and the reason. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that it is your responsibility to check all orders for breakages or faults within the agreed time frame as stated in our Terms and Conditions. Claims made after this time cannot be returned or replaced.
We use FedEx TNT for all store orders. Due to the ever-increasing carrier rates, we have had to set our shipping rates for 2024 based on location and weight. Shipping times may be delayed during sale and promotional periods, and orders may take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive. Please ensure that your shipping address details, including house number, street name, suburb, and postcode, are correct. Three Suns is not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to address errors, and additional shipping charges may apply. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcels once your order has been shipped.
In the event that a re-delivery is required, any associated costs will be passed on to your store for payment. This policy applies to all accounts, regardless of their tier level
